MEGATEK is the biggest “Do It Yourself” Hypermarket in Albania that is selling everything that you need to build and decorate your house. MEGATEK is looking for a Check-out and Customer Reception Supervisor to ensure the proper and uninterrupted service to the customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Check-out and Customer Reception Supervisor performs the following duties:
1. Plans, co-ordinates and supervises the activities of the departments;
2. Ensures the proper and professional service to the customers;
3. Prepares the work schedules for the check – out, customer reception and returns desk according to the traffic in the store;
4. Prepares the appropriate documentation for and monitors all financial transactions in the departments;
5. Implements procedures and instructions, training modules and controls the execution of procedures.
6. Reports on customer satisfaction data (complaints, defective products)
7. Supervises the goods transport service and its schedule.

Qualifications and Skills
Education:University degree in Business Management or any other related field, (average over 7.5)
Experience:
· A minimum of 3 years professional experience in management position.
Languages: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in Albanian.
Other:

* Age : over 30 years * Excellent organisational skills; * Excellent communication skills; * Ability to work harmoniously in a team; * Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;

Megatek is looking for a Regional Sales Representatives in order to cover the sales all over the country.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Representatives will be under the direct supervision of the National Sales Manager and will perform the following duties:

* Advertises and promotes the overall Megatek brand and its products; * Analyses the current regional market and proposes ideas for further expansion; * Establishes and maintains contacts with the local actual and potential customers; * Establishes and maintain relations with various contractors; * Prepares and implements the Regional Sales plan; * Prepares and implements the Sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills
Education:University degree in Business Administration or any related field, average 7.5
Experience:

* A minimum of 3-4 years professional experience in sales, preferably with a major Sale company in Albania * Proven track record of achieving results and exceeding targets

Languages: Very Good oral and written communication skills in English and in Albanian.
Other:

* Excellent analytical skills * Drafting and reporting skills * Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to work with people of different backgrounds while maintaining objectivity, as well as professional communication skills. * Determined and resilient, willing to accept new challenges and implement them with visible commitment and enthusiasm * Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
